mike 08283e19c4 lottery-hk: SKILL.md 同步 lottery_4frame.py 真脚本 (修复误导) ...

之前 SKILL.md 说 '4 框架 = reference 文档, agent 手动推演' —
错了! 现在有 lottery_4frame.py 真脚本。

修正:
- 📦 4 框架位置: 真脚本 lottery_4frame.py (4 步流程, 自动跑)
- 不再 'agent 手动按 example 推演'
- '不要等 lottery.py qimen' → '调 lottery_4frame.py'
- 5 期频率没意义 (user 已确认) 保留

下次 cron 跑 (8/2 周六 11:30) 会看到 lottery_4frame.py 真脚本指引
